To start, put the couscous soaked in hot water or soup for 5 minutes in a bowl. After which it is cleaned, washed and cut the onion, carrot, potatoes, zucchini and ardelull. Put a pan on the fire with a spoon of oil heat well and add onions and carrots first, add a few tablespoons of water and leave for 2-3 minutes, then add the potatoes, zucchini and peppers. Cover with a lid and leave on the fire. according to a few minutes until they are well cooked. (I prefer them more crunchy). It matches salt and pepper.

The couscous is prepared in turn, put a tablespoon of olive oil, add the previously soaked couscous, leave for a few minutes mixing and seasoning with salt and pepper.

Serve hot, good appetite!
