Method of preparation
At least one day before preparation, all ingredients should be kept at room temperature. In a large bowl, add 2-3 sifted flour and make a hole in the middle, where you add the milk and mayonnaise. Knead until everything is incorporated. Heat the butter and oil and add a little, until incorporated into the dough. Then cover the dough and leave to rise for about 45 minutes in a warm place.
Beat the egg whites with sugar. Add cocoa, chopped walnuts and mix the whole composition.
After the dough has risen, divide it in two, and the first part is again divided into two pieces. Put cocoa and walnut mixture on each, and shit is added on top. Roll and knit both rolls. Do the same with the remaining dough.
Subsequently, it is placed in the cake pan, lined with baking paper or greased with oil and lined with coat. Leave to rise for another 30 minutes, then grease with an egg and sprinkle with sugar.
