Until the small mouth looks at the drawings to put another recipe. :)))
Gorog csorba is actually Greek soup, which I never made, but which my little one praised a lot. So I took the recipe from kindergarten, from the cooks. Here with us, the menu is also in Romanian and Hungarian, the cuisines being Hungarian, that's why it's gorog csorba. I was told by them that they will not come out the same, they will not come out the same when they do it at home. Probably a lot better :)) Anyway, Jen was happy with the result and I'm glad I discovered another soup recipe.
- 1 kg of chicken cutlery
- 2 onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 200 gr sour cream
- freshly drained lemon juice to taste
- a little grated lemon peel
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Gorog csorba - kindergarten recipe:
Boil the chicken cutlery with an onion. I cut the onion into four and boiled it with the cutlery.
I used kukta, but it can be just as good in a normal pot.
Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and carrot.
Fry the onion and carrot in oil and add the chicken soup.
Until boiling, remove the meat from the cutlery.
Add the meat to the soup and bring to the boil.
Turn off the heat and add the sour cream.
Sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice and sprinkle a little lemon peel.
