1 large carrot
5 cloves garlic
200g olives
Salt, pepper and vegeta, to taste
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons Rama margarine tip
1 can of tomatoes in tomato sauce
2 bay leaves

For the Easter:
1 packet of pasta
Salt

Method of preparation:
In a saucepan put water with vegeta and washed pork tongues, beforehand. We leave them to boil for about 3 hours, after which we clean them from the skin and cut them into slices to add them to the sauce.




Peel an onion and cut it into small pieces.

We clean the carrot, wash it and put it on the large grater.

We clean the garlic cloves and put them on the small grater.

In a deep frying pan, put 3 tablespoons of Rama margarine. Add the onion and carrot and let them cook for 10-15 minutes.



After they have hardened, add 600 ml of water and season with vegeta and let it boil, until the carrot softens & # 8211 if necessary, we can add more water during cooking.

In another deep frying pan, put 3 tablespoons of margarine, add flour and let it brown a little, put over the canned tomatoes in tomato sauce, add 1l of water and mix with a blender until you get a sauce.



We pour the obtained sauce in the other pan over the onion and the hardened and boiled carrot. Add the sugar, season with salt and pepper and mix again with the blender until the carrot and onion are well passed. Then add 2 bay leaves, garlic and olives, tongue cut into slices beforehand and let everything boil for 10 minutes.



Next to this tongue sauce with olives - which we can serve both hot and cold & # 8211 we can also prepare a portion of pasta. In a saucepan put salted water, put the pan on the fire and when it starts to boil add a packet of pasta. We boil, as we like, more or less, depending on how we like pasta, aldente or well cooked. After boiling, put the pasta in a strainer and pass it under a stream of cold water. We can add them directly to the tongue sauce with olives or simply serve them together.






Pasta salad with vegetables and olives

A salad that you can eat plain or you can put as a garnish for a barbecue or picnic.

Bake the peppers, peel them and chop them into cubes.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, without salt and oil. Add the green beans to the water in which they boil, in the last 3 minutes of boiling. Everything is going well.

Mix the pasta with the green beans, tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, peppers, olives and prosciutto in a bowl.

Cook the salad and garlic in a pan greased with oil until soft. Mix them with vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, mustard, salt and pepper. Strain with a blender and pour the dressing over the pasta.

Rabbit with tomatoes and olives, a quick and delicious recipe, prepared in a frying pan.

The combination of ingredients is perfect for my taste, the rabbit food is absolutely great and it is very, very simple to prepare.

If you like rabbit meat, I invite you to try it, I assure you that everyone will like it.

  • 500 g rabbit meat
  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons black olives
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 9-10 cherry tomatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

How to prepare rabbit with tomatoes and olives

Wash and clean the rabbit meat, then dry it with absorbent napkins. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and lightly brown the pieces of meat over low heat. Increase the heat, pour the wine and let the alcohol evaporate.

Slice the onion, garlic cloves and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Add them to the pan, add the olives, salt and pepper to taste. From place to place put the small bouquets of rosemary.

* If the olives are salty, watch out for salt. Put less and, at the end, adjust the food to taste.

How do we prepare pasta recipe with beans and tomato juice?

In a pot we boil about 1 liter of water with a teaspoon of salt, when the water boils we put the pasta to boil and let it boil for 10 minutes (or according to the instructions on the box), then we put it in a colander.

Meanwhile, peel the vegetables, wash them well and chop them finely.

Add onion, carrot, celery and let them cook.

Pumpkin spaghetti recipe with olives and sun-dried tomatoes

I like to combine pasta from flour with those from pumpkin, I think the symbiosis is perfect. If you want to eat healthy, you can only use spaghetti from pumpkin.

You will need: pasta (spaghetti no. 5) - 100 g for two large portions, 2 zucchini or zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, a few cloves of garlic, Kalamata olives, Parmesan, salt, pepper, oil, chili.
